1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of TechRLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Scope
TechRLP provides custom software development, web designing, and digital marketing services. Each project's specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay a 50% advance to initiate any project. The remaining balance must be cleared upon project completion and before the final handover of source code and assets.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, full ownership of the source code and design assets will be transferred to the client. TechRLP reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in a written NDA.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechRLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruptions.
